  1. Introduction

    Welcome to The Safe Dog’s online training platform (https://onlinetraining.thesafedog.com). By purchasing and accessing our course, Dog CPR, First Aid & Safety, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
     

  2. Course Access & License

  • For individual (public) purchases, access to Dog CPR, First Aid & Safety is granted for two (2) years from the purchase date.
  • Business subscriptions grant access to employees within the purchasing company for the duration of the subscription.
  • Access is non-transferable, and sharing outside of the permitted scope is strictly prohibited.
  • Course content may not be redistributed, resold, or used for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

  1. Purchases, Payments, & Refunds

  • Individual purchases are a one-time payment, while business subscriptions operate on a recurring billing model.
  • Refunds are available within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided no course completion or certificate has been issued.
  • To request a refund or discuss an exception, contact [email protected].
  • Subscription customers may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial use unless required by law.
  • Upon cancellation of a subscription, users will lose access at the end of the current billing cycle. Any free offers issued through the subscription will also be revoked at that time.

  1. User Responsibilities & Conduct

    Users agree not to:
  • Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to course content.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the course materials.
  • Use the content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  1. Limitation of Liability

    The Safe Dog and Melanie Monteiro are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Dog CPR, First Aid & Safety.

  2. Assumption of Risk

    Participants acknowledge and agree that the use of the course content is at their own risk and discretion. They assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the application of the techniques or information learned.

  3. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
